Michael reist nach Wien is a PowerPoint based on Michael Miller’s Sabine und Michael materials. In Unit G-9, Michael travels to Vienna where he meets Gretchen at a Youth Hostel, then runs into Sabine at Hotel Sacher. The trip turns into a nightmare - literally. But just how much of it is a nightmare?

Michael reist nach Wien can be used in conjunction with the unit in Michael und Sabine. (Take a look at http://www.sabineundmichael.com/. ) But it can be used in other ways as well: an introduction to the city of Vienna, part of a unit on travel, a component in the background of a “virtual move” to Vienna, as a class reading with graphics that aid comprehension.
